Rogue macros
Rogue macros mostly handle openers and crowd control, where one stray auto-attack can break a Sap, Gouge or Blind. These are the ones that turn up most across 18 independent guides and forum threads, most used first, each written for Forever and checked against the beta spell list.
Words in angle brackets, like <Shield>, stand for the names of your own items.
Most used
Builder with auto-attack
You start auto-attacking and use the ability in one press, so your swings begin even when you're short on energy; it suits Sinister Strike, Backstab, Hemorrhage, Ghostly Strike, Mutilate and Rupture.

/cast HemorrhageMutilate (Assassination) is new in Forever. It comes at level 30, awards 2 combo points and does 20% more damage to poisoned targets. Hemorrhage now makes the target take 15% more damage from your Rupture.
Poison by mouse button
You coat your main hand with a left click or your off hand with a right click, and the last line clicks OK on the replace prompt.

Not confirmed in the Forever beta yet: /click and the prompt to replace a poison or weapon imbue.
Mouse-over Blind
You Blind the enemy under your cursor, or your target if there's none, without changing target; the same shape suits Sap, Gouge and Kidney Shot.

Focus first
#showtooltip
/cast [@focus,harm,nodead][@mouseover,harm,nodead][] BlindSap and set focus

Mouse-over Kick
You interrupt the enemy under your cursor, or your target if there's none, without changing target.

Focus first
#showtooltip

Not confirmed in the Forever beta yet: /focus.
Find and Sap a player
You target the nearest enemy player and Sap them, so mashing it in stealth catches another rogue the moment they show.
